WePlan is a fast-growing SaaS company based in Frankfurt. We develop innovative solutions for long-term personnel planning in aviation and already work with leading airlines such as Lufthansa and Qatar Airways. To take our growth to the next level, we are looking for an experienced leader to join us as Head of Finance starting next year, who will help shape the future of WePlan together with us.

Your role

As Head of Finance, you will take on a key position at WePlan. Reporting directly to the founders, you will be responsible for financial management and will play a key role in the strategic development of the company. You will establish efficient processes, ensure the highest quality in financial management, and contribute innovative ideas for optimizing our financial structures.

Your tasks

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support our international growth
• Coordinating financing rounds and establishing and maintaining sustainable relationships with investors and banks
• Establishing efficient structures and automating existing financial processes
• Responsibility for payroll, accounting, controlling, reporting, and cash flow management
• Managing tax and compliance issues at home and abroad
• Close cooperation with the founders on all issues relating to company development

Your profile

• Several years of management experience in finance, ideally in the SaaS or tech environment
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, tax law, and reporting
• Proven success in implementing financing and establishing scalable structures
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and decisiveness
• Comfortable communicating fluently in both German and English and residing in Germany
