Our client is a growing international business entering a new phase of structuring and expansion.
They are now looking to hire an HR Director to strengthen and scale their people function in line with the company’s next stage of growth.
Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a central role in supporting the business as it continues to grow internationally, while reinforcing HR foundations and bringing greater consistency across countries.
This is a key position for someone who is comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, and who can support leadership teams while ensuring that the HR function remains robust, compliant and fit for long-term development.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the HR roadmap across organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, career development and leadership capability, in line with business priorities and international growth
- Lead employee relations and legal governance, including CSE matters, labour law topics, complex individual and collective cases, and compliance with French employment regulations as well as broader international HR frameworks
- Structure compensation and internal equity frameworks, formalise HR policies with the right balance between global consistency and local adaptation, and support international mobility and cross-border employment set-ups
- Oversee and improve HR operations, processes and systems across the full employee lifecycle.
Profile:
- Experience in senior HR leadership roles within a scale-up, high-growth or evolving international environment
- Fluent French and English
- Strong and practical knowledge of French labour law and social dialogue
- Exposure to multi-country HR management and international workforce structuring
- Operational mindset, with the ability to improve processes, tools and day-to-day HR reliability
Salary & Benefits:
- From €60,000 per annum depending on profile and experience
- Bonus based on individual and collective performance
