• Recognized qualification as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Occupational Safety Specialist).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
• Practical experience working on construction sites, preferably industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations.
• Ability to conduct HSE training and safety briefings.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• German language proficiency at C1 level and English at B1 level.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working approach.

• Plan, implement, and improve health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures.
• Develop and maintain HSE plans, safety concepts, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver safety training sessions and site inductions.
• Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and employees to maintain safe working conditions.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Maintain HSE reports and recommend preventive measures.
