• Taking part in the daily business of the ESG Solutions team
• Active involvement throughout the index development process
• Preparation and calculation of back-tests for innovative index strategies
• Identification and analysis of new market trends across different regions for new products
• Creation of performance statistics and marketing materials
• Handling of external ESG data for usage in the index development process
• Supporting with client requests

• Enrolled student in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Sustainable Finance, or comparable fields
• Interest in sustainability topics and first experience with capital markets
• Competent user of MS-Office applications (in particular Excel)
• Good programming skills required (e.g. VBA, Python)
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Independent and structured working style
• High level of enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork
• Excellent English skills
• You are ideally available for a period of six months
