• Supporting the planning and execution of employee events and other related workplace activities
• Collecting and analysing employee feedback from surveys and events to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinating with HR, Facilities, and other teams to enhance the workplace and office experience
• Conducting research on workplace experience, culture, wellbeing, and employee engagement best practices
• Providing administrative support for Workplace Experience programmes and initiatives

• The internship has to be mandatory for your current studies (proof from the university is required)
• Minimum duration of compulsory internship should be 6 months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Interest in employee experience, workplace culture, wellbeing, and community building
• Creative mindset with an enthusiasm for developing engaging employee initiatives
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
• First practical experience in event management would be a plus
• Strong English skills; additional European languages are an advantage
