A leading supplier of brake systems, working closely with OEMs across Europe, is currently looking for an Internal Sales / Sales Support professional. Similar experience is a plus but not essential if you are eager to learn and motivated to grow. The role involves supporting customer orders, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and liaising with trading partners. Business fluency in English is required, and knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.

TYPE: Full-time role
WORKING HOURS: 8:30–17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
SALARY: €40-45k per annum including + performance bonus (up to 10%)
START: ASAP (TBD)
LOCATION: Greater Frankfurt Area, Germany (Up to 2 days working from home is acceptable)

Internal Sales / Sales Support Responsibilities:
• Handle internal sales tasks as an account manager (inside sales)
• Manage customer orders, inventory levels, shipments, and purchase orders
• Issue invoices and coordinate logistics with trading companies and warehouses
• Oversee the delivery process of overseas-manufactured products to international clients
• Provide backup support for basic accounting tasks

Internal Sales / Sales Support Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in Automotive industry is an advantage
• Business fluency in English, German is plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a global working environment; familiarity with Japanese corporate culture and Japanese language is a plus
