Tasks
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on collecting and analyzing data, as well as preparing business cases and reports
- Supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, including preparation, progress monitoring, and results analysis
- Analyze data and prepare reports to evaluate progress toward objectives
- Knowledge management
- End-to-end process analysis, process optimization, and process redesign.
- Stakeholder management
- Participation in collaboration with various LHG teams and departments, as well as external partners, in day-to-day exchanges and the implementation of defined initiatives

Requirements
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- You have a strong interest in innovative solutions and operational challenges
- You demonstrate a very high level of initiative and independence
- You possess strong conceptual and analytical skills and are able to understand complex relationships
- You have excellent organizational skills and work in a structured, careful, and systematic manner
- You enjoy working in a team, have a solution-oriented mindset, and a hands-on approach
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have very good written and spoken English language skills
