• Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux systems.
• Assist in the operation and monitoring of networks, servers and IT infrastructure.
• Help implement security solutions to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Analyze, document and resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain IT documentation to make support understandable for everyone.
