YOUR MISSION AS A COUNTRY MANAGER SPAIN (F/M/D) AT LILLYDOO:

• You will develop, implement and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth in Spain
• You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stay informed on all relevant topics
• You are actively involved in P&L management for Spain
• You will conduct market researches to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Spanish market
• You will always keep an eye on the competition, their products and marketing activities
• You will contribute both creatively and analytically
• You will be responsible for all PR related topics and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility and drive successful campaigns

Requirements

YOUR SKILLSET

• Must be a native Spanish speaker with very good English skills (English is our corporate language)
• Must have lived in Spain for a minimum of 1 year
• Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or equivalent
• 3 years' work experience in marketing
• Enjoy working with numbers and analytical contexts
• Talent for multitasking, creativity and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy working independently on projects

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
