Would you like to actively shape a destination and manage processes efficiently? With a passion for the destinations Turkey and Bulgaria, you will keep our product world up to date, work closely with partners and internal teams and contribute your market knowledge to further develop our hotel portfolio.

These are your tasks:

• As the contact person for our partner agencies, you will ensure that all daily information is processed quickly and in a structured manner so that our portfolio is always up to date.
• Your tasks also include carefully maintaining lists and continuously updating relevant databases.
• You will check new contracts and offers and ensure that everything is clean, correct and directly usable.
• You will work closely with internal teams and contacts in the target area to move issues forward quickly and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You will further develop the destinations Turkey and Bulgaria with your own assessments and clear market observations.
• You will be actively involved in catalog design and the preparation of offers for marketing and advertising purposes.
• In Yield Management, you will provide support by assessing developments, deriving small control impulses and preparing relevant decision-making bases.

What you should bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in tourism.
• Professional experience with a tour operator / travel agency or ideally know-how in product management.
• Strong communication skills, as well as an independent, structured and reliable way of working.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel.

• Good written and spoken English skills.
