Description of the Position at MACS:
As addition for our Office Team in the Headquarters in Frankfurt, we are looking for an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, with competence, experience and interests in office management, administration, acquisition and accounting preparation.

Education Requirements / Experience:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Interest or prior experience in areas of occupational safety and health protection
- Excellent language skills: German, English, other language skills desirable
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- You'll be the contact person for our clients and partners, both in person and on the phone
- Your tasks will include processing invoices and helping out with accounting preparation, like handling mail, coordinating appointments, and ordering office supplies and equipment
- Coordination of travel management, booking and planning of business trips and event management
- Insurance processing
- Employee support
- Editing and translating reports and presentations
- Taking on further general office organization tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- You have excellent organizational skills and are flexible and creative faced with unexpected tasks, enabeling you to maintain your structured approach to work even in stressful situations.
- You have a sense of responsibility and the ability to think creatively and logically at the same time
- Proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of accounting software would be a benefit: e.g. common accounting programs (e.g., DATEV, Lexware)
