Your tasks
- As a project manager for current account features, you will work with senior management to develop strategies, solutions and concepts that take our current account offering to the next level. You will work hands-on in a dynamic environment and actively shape the future of our products.
- You will keep an eye on current market trends and our competition, analyze our current processes, make the right adjustments and coordinate with the interfaces and stakeholders involved.
- Improving the customer experience is also on your agenda: you use customer data and customer feedback and check it for accuracy and quality.
- You are also jointly responsible for the bank’s profitability and the achievement of product-specific cost, income and sales targets.
- Communication and competent commitment are your keys to success and you solve problems both in cooperation with external partners and service providers and in your role as contact person for applications and services used

- Degree in business administration, economics or natural sciences or a comparable (banking) qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the current account sector, practice in working with service providers, in (agile) project work and know-how in the conception of technical requirements and their implementation
- IT and technical affinity, analytical and holistic thinking and quick comprehension skills
- Communication talent with strong presentation and teamwork skills
- Innovative spirit and a sense for sustainable solutions
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
