As a team:

• Help clients successfully deliver complex capital projects and programmes by embedding effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work across highly regulated and technically complex industries, applying recognised industry standards and best practices.
• Partner with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks.
• Enable informed decision-making by providing clear, consistent, and transparent risk information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise and project risk management capabilities.

As a Risk Manager, you will:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve project and programme risk management frameworks aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Facilitate qualitative and quantitative risk workshops, maintaining robust risk registers, dashboards, and supporting documentation.
• Review and challenge risk information, drive mitigation actions, and help project teams define measurable management responses.
• Perform cost and schedule Quantitative Risk Assessments using recognised methodologies and software, providing recommendations for planning, forecasting, and contingency management.
• Prepare high-quality reports and executive presentations, while collaborating with Project Controls teams, clients, contractors, and supply chain partners throughout delivery.Jo

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Demonstrable experience in project or programme risk management within capital projects, infrastructure, construction, energy, or another highly regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk management methodologies, including cost and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining risk registers, dashboards, mitigation plans, and executive-level reporting.
• Proficiency in recognised risk analysis software, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to review and challenge complex risk information.

Set yourself apart:

• Professional risk management accreditation or membership of a recognised industry body.
• Advanced experience delivering cost and schedule QRA on major or complex programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of project controls disciplines, including planning, cost management, forecasting, and contingency management.
• Experience engaging senior clients and influencing contractors and supply chain partners to improve risk ownership and accountability.
• A track record of improving risk frameworks, processes, data quality, and reporting across projects or at enterprise level.
