Hello, we're PHONT, an innovative startup based in Frankfurt. Our vision is to bring subtitles to life and reimagine a tool that hasn't evolved in a hundred years. We're doing this by integrating emotional nuances into subtitles through the combination of AI and design.
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development team member to drive our B2B growth alongside the founders. You'll take ownership of sales pipelines for PHONT Stage (our enterprise solution for broadcasters and streaming platforms) and PHONT Live (our real-time transcription and translation tool for conferences and live events). Aufgaben
- Generate, qualify, and close leads independently across our B2B products
- Take over and develop existing lead pipelines from the founding teamPrepare, attend, and follow up on trade shows and industry events (e.g., NAB, SXSW, EFM Berlin)
- Build and optimize outreach campaigns and sales processes
- Support marketing initiatives, grant applications, and testing of sales hypotheses and KPIs as needed
Qualifikation
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- A quick learning curve with new tools and the drive to establish structures
- Genuine interest in our technology and the accessibility space
Nice to have:
- A completed Bachelor's degree (e.g., in a gap year before your Master's)
- First professional experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Background in media, broadcasting, or the event industry
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation
