This is what it's all about
- Preparation of meaningful analyses and decision-ready templates for the management with a view to trends, market environment, business models and revenue structures in the media sector
- Proactive identification, initiation and implementation of efficiency and optimization measures at company level
- Conception, further development and implementation of lean, efficient business processes
- Independent execution of due diligence audits and active participation in M&A processes
- Strategic advice on investment decisions and make-or-buy analyses
- Working closely with management as a sparring partner on strategic and operational issues
- Managing and implementing key strategic initiatives, particularly in the context of digitalization, growth and transformation
- Management of innovation projects including the development of business models and business plans through to market launch
- Managing and coordinating cross-divisional special projects with a direct reporting line to the management board
- Taking on interim management tasks in special projects or divisions
What sets you apart
- Completed degree in economics or university studies
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role or in the commercial sector
- Experience in project work
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team, confident and professional demeanor
- High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
