Requirements
- Degree in STEM / economics or a similar qualification
- Excellent working knowledge of common Java-APIs, frameworks like Spring (Boot), Hibernate and (a)synchronous protocols (HTTP/Rest, Kafka)
- Experienced in using build tools, CI/CD processes in Azure and version control systems
- Practical know-how in test automation (implementation / operation) and in agile software development (Scrum) with current technologies
- Structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high willingness to learn
- Team player with pronounced communication skills
- The ability to look outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
- Good German and English, both written and spoken
Scope of Work
- You design and develop tailor-made IT solutions with a focus on microservices and private cloud architectures in a Java EE environment.
- We can count on your support throughout the whole development process: from analysis and technical concepts to the design of modern, distributed IT architectures, all the way to implementation, testing, documentation as well as guaranteeing compliance with governance and security guidelines.
- Naturally, you are also deeply involved in the build process, carry out all relevant activities and ensure that our code seamlessly translates into a finished product.
- Our code runs like clockwork because you actively operate on quality assurance measures and develop automated tests, like functional, integration, and regression tests.
- Of course, you diligently analyse and fix any incidents and problems you uncover and continuously communicate with IT and business colleagues as well as external stakeholders, clarifying any uncertainties and bringing your projects to a successful conclusion.
