task description
As a trainer, you will identify requirements and design new complex training/training modules/coaching in the area of responsibility, taking into account current trends and methods. You take over key account management for a care area.
- You adapt existing training/ training/ coaching concepts and documents to comprehensive business requirements and develop complex training/ coaching content as part of holistic learning solutions
- You manage the development of training/coaching content for e-learning platforms
- You implement complex qualification concepts in various formats and, if necessary, manage internal/external service providers
- They provide advice and implementation of complex training measures as well as the coordination and support of "on-the-job training”
- You manage projects
requirements
You have a degree or completed vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in management, training and sales.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
- Expert knowledge of the product portfolio and advanced knowledge in training needs analysis
- Good knowledge of trends in training and continuing education
- Several years of experience as a sales coach and/or in supervising coaches
- Strategic thinking, coaching and feedback skills as well as didactic understanding
- Very good communication skills, assertiveness and presentation skills
- High willingness to travel and very good self-management
- Ability to lead without formal power
- Very good knowledge in developing concepts
