Head of marketing (f/m/x)

• Creative development and implementation of our marketing strategies in close cooperation with management, sales, and franchise partners
• Management and further development of our marketing team (approx. 10 employees)
• Developing and managing our online and offline campaigns, taking into account target groups, markets, and communication channels
• Managing external service providers
• Implementing, monitoring the success of, and optimizing our campaigns
• Collaborating on, further developing, and evaluating the performance of our online shops
• Responsible planning and control of the media budget

• Creativity, trend awareness, and a sense for innovation
• Several years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in a management position
• High organizational and strategic competence in project management
• Familiarity with modern marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance indicators
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and team orientation
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
