What You Will Do
Support knowledge management, e.g. with:
- Create training videos
- Support/ maintain knowledge base and manualsSupport department’s IT structure, e.g. with:
- Sharepoint maintenance
- Access managementSupport Audits, e.g. with:
- Access check
- Document preparationSupport internal meetings, e.g. with:
- Preparation of meeting invitations
- Support documentation and protocolsSupport project management, e.g. with:
- Employee project allocation
What You Need
Student in the field project management/ Audio/ IT or similar
Self-motivated, independent, and organized skill set
Ability to define and meet project deadlines
Ability to document the own work results
Good interpersonal and communication skills (English/ German)
First experience with software tools or willing to learn, e.g.
- MS Office, especially Power Point, Outlook, ExcelProject Management tools, such as Jira, MS Project, SAP, Sharepoint
