Job Responsibilities:
About the Role:
As a Working Student – Digitalization, you will support the Digitalization team at Magna Electronics in shaping, implementing, and operating scalable digital initiatives across Engineering, Operations, and SG&A. The role offers hands-on exposure to AI, data, and digital platforms while contributing to real business value in a global automotive environment. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders and actively support our new Digitalization organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the identification, documentation, and structuring of digital and AI use cases
Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports to support digital initiatives
Contribute to data governance, data quality, and documentation of data models and data flows
Support AI governance activities, including use case intake and value assessment
Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and internal communications
Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and initiatives to promote digital literacy
Who we are looking for:
Currently enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
Strong interest in digital transformation, data, and AI
Analytical mindset with a structured and reliable working style
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Very good command of English; German skills are an advantage
Your preferred qualifications:
Basic understanding of data, analytics, AI, or software development
Initial exposure to AI or other modern digitalization tools
High motivation to work in a matrix-driven, international environment
