* System Engineering expertise

* Experience with IBM DOORS (requirements management tools)

* Strong knowledge of full system lifecycle (design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, verification & validation)

* Experience in space antenna systems / deployable structures

* Integration, testing, and verification of complex systems * Requirements & configuration management

* Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

* Provide technical support for space antennas and deployable systems across all project phases

* Manage and contribute to system engineering activities from concept to delivery

* Support design, analysis, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing teams

* Handle requirements and configuration management processes

* Prepare system engineering documentation

* Participate in project reviews and evaluations

* Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams

* Support system-level problem-solving and corrective actions
