As our next Boutique Manager, you will embark on a pivotal mission to shape the success of our prestigious Geneva boutique. You will develop and optimize the boutique performance and profitability through operational excellence and a refined clienteling strategy, maximizing sales and ensuring every interaction reflects our Maison's standards. As a true ambassador, you will lead, coach, and inspire your team in line with our Maison’s values, fostering talent development for individual career growth and collective team success.

Your impact

• Drive and exceed global commercial, qualitative, and operational performance objectives through strategic planning, rigorous analysis, and adherence to Maison and Group standards.

• Develop and execute market strategies, including in-boutique events and external networking, to enhance commercial opportunities and adapt to local economic environments.

• Cultivate strong client loyalty and relationships, particularly with VVIPs, by leveraging CRM tools and fostering a data-driven culture for optimal customer insights.

• Ensure impeccable retail execution and operational discipline, utilizing performance metrics like Mystery Shopping/NPS for continuous improvement and close collaboration with Headquarters.

• Lead, recruit, and develop an agile, high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and strong team spirit to achieve excellence.

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the Maison's image, values, and rituals, and ensuring impeccable boutique presentation and representation within the local ecosystem.

• Oversee secure and accurate inventory management, maintain visual merchandising standards, and champion the adoption of new retail tools and digital solutions.

Your profile

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury goods retail, preferably in luxury watches, with significant managerial experience in sales and customer service.

• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to build trust, motivate teams, delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Exceptional client-centric approach, with a deep understanding of luxury client expectations, local clientele in Geneva, and proven experience in clienteling and executing community engagement initiatives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration, project implementation, and successful change management.

• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, exhibiting initiative, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.

• Reliable, independent, and sales-driven, with a poised, composed, and social demeanour, ready to take initiative.

• Fluency in English and French is required, with Italian considered a highly advantageous skill.
