Intro
About Us
We are an early-stage Swiss startup building a new kind of safety system for aviation. Our patented technology uses advanced optical sensing and data processing. The aim is simple: make flights safer, reduce costs for airlines, and support more sustainable operations.
We are now moving from lab validation to our first prototype. To get there, we need a co-founder who can combine technical credibility with commercial drive.
Tasks
At this stage, you will do a bit of everything:
- Build first relationships with airlines, cargo operators, and jet manufacturers.
- Shape our go-to-market approach and identify early adopters.
- Roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed as we move from prototype to first customer.
- Work with certification authorities and OEMs to prepare our technology for approval.
Requirements
- Background in aerospace engineering, avionics, or certification.
- Experience in airline operations, OEM partnerships, or aviation sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with uncertainty and hands-on work.
- Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
Benefits
- Co-founder equity in an early-stage aviation startup.
- A key role in shaping both the product and the business from the ground up.
- The chance to work with a small, committed team on a problem that matters.
- The opportunity to make a lasting mark on aviation safety.
Closing
Apply now if you want to help turn an idea into a product that changes aviation and if you are ready to embark in the risky journey of founding a deeptech startup.
