For one of our clients, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Trade Finance to join their team in Switzerland. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an individual with extensive knowledge of the markets and a strong background in trade finance.
Your mission:
- Oversee the structuring and negotiation of trade finance deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and regulators
- Drive the team’s performance, ensuring optimal delivery of services and managing risk in trade transactions
- Provide strategic insights on market trends, products, and services to senior management
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a high-performance culture
Your profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in trade finance, with a solid track record in structuring complex deals
- Extensive knowledge of internationals markets and experiences is a must
- Management experience is required, with proven success in leading and developing teams
- Strong understanding of trade finance products, including letters of credit, trade loans, and structured trade finance
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in English
