Lead Inbound Data Flow SAP Group Reporting (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Lead Inbound Data Flow SAP Group Reporting professional to join a major finance transformation programme within a complex international environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation of SAP Group Reporting Public Cloud, ensuring the efficient, accurate and controlled flow of financial data into the group consolidation landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of inbound data flows into SAP Group Reporting.
• Define data mappings, transformations and validation controls.
• Coordinate ETL/ELT processes between source systems and consolidation platforms.
• Drive data quality improvements and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Partner with Finance, Group Accounting and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements.
• Lead workshops, testing activities (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution.
• Manage workstream deliverables, risks, dependencies and project milestones.
• Support user adoption, training and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Group Reporting, SAP ECCS and/or SEM-BCS.
• Experience working within SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SAP GRDC design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Group Accounting and Financial Consolidation processes.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, interfaces and reconciliations.
• Proven track record delivering complex finance transformation or reporting projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
