Analytical, you are able to analyze and assess data, determine trends and retail opportunities.
You have efficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills to create strong group dynamics and drive your team.
You are able to build a structured framework to make sure all projects are delivered on time with the right level of quality.
Reliable with a high level of ethics, you have a strong sense of confidentiality.
You have the ability to work under pressure.
You have a good level in Excel and PowerPoint. SAP and Anaplan are a plus.
You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
What are our expectations?
Within the International Retail Excellence department, and in coordination with the Marketing team, you are in charge of supporting the implementation and the animation of our global retail pricing strategy across all product categories. As a manager, you drive and support your team.
In this function, you will:
-Contribute to the enforcement, improvement and animation of our retail pricing strategy. Together with your team members, you will follow-up the price positioning of our various markets, suggest price updates and simulate the impacts.
-Ensure the existing retail pricing rules are understood by stakeholders and applied.
-Ensure that prices are correctly implemented and maintained in our pricing tools.
-Monitor the evolution of our pricing environment (e.g. taxes & duties) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
-Support the organization of pricing steering committees: prepare and present analysis, propose recommendations…
