For a project at our client with locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne, starting on 4. August 2025, we are looking for an experienced IT-Rollout Supporter who is willing to travel.
In this project, all of our client's employees will receive new notebooks, while the operating system will be updated to a new version and multi-factor authentication will be introduced.
You will be working onsite in Lausanne, Neuchatel, Geneva and Berne.
Fluency in English and French is necessary, German is a big plus.
Your Tasks:
- General support of users during the transfer and commissioning of the new devices at various locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne
- Check OneDrive file synchronisation on the old device
- Set up the new device
- Connect to LAN / WLAN
- Find out the users' most important work applications and start them accordingly
- Support users during the Modern Authentication migration process
Your Profile:
- High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from Lausanne
- Experience in support (technical helpdesk and/or technical second-level support)
- Experience with PC replacement
- You are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Professional appearance, reliable and punctual
- Technical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware)
- Experience with Windows / iOS / Android
- Experience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred)
- Fluent skills in French and English, German is a big plus
