Senior Assistant RM & EAM
Aufgaben
All-round support for external asset managers (EAMs) and relationship managers (RMs), as well as their high-net-worth clients, across all operational matters / Conducting ongoing due diligence reviews of client portfolios and providing support with client onboarding, compliance checks (KYC, AML, FATCA and CRS) and complex investigations / Support with specialist tasks such as market research, analysis, reports and presentations, as well as collaboration on group-wide projects / Proactive support for EAMs and RMs in their day-to-day work, including correspondence, appointment coordination, account openings, compliance, follow-up calls, etc. / Providing telephone support to EAMs on general banking matters and assisting EAMs and RMs with administrative tasks / Processing client orders, such as foreign exchange transactions, securities, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions, as well as handling ongoing client enquiries / Support in building internal and external networks to promote business development.
Qualifikation
A university degree / Professional experience in private banking, within the asset management division of an international bank or at an external asset management firm / A private banking certificate, CWMA or another equivalent qualification would be an advantage / In-depth knowledge of CDB 20, KYC, etc. / Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work / Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong service and customer focus / Organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to set priorities / Interest in providing advice and in building and maintaining long-term client relationships / Very good knowledge of MS Office / French and English.
