About the role

Our client, an international trading company based in Geneva, is looking for an office coordinator. From day one, you will take on concrete responsibilities that will have a real impact on the smooth running of the office. Work tasks

• Manage email, mail, and documentation flow for the office.
• Provide physical and phone reception for visitors and external contacts.
• Support employees in their daily tasks.
• Organise / Manage travel bookings, etc.

We are looking for

• Have just completed training as a commercial employee with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent
• (Recent graduates with internship experience are welcome)
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• You master French and English (C1 minimum)
• Good knowledge of Geneva's administrative procedures
• Must reside in Switzerland To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
• Excellent organizational skills and rigorous
• Strong communication skills and a curious mindset
