TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time.

Aktivitäten

You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 people. You will work closely with the operational teams of Trading & Shipping based in Geneva, Houston, Singapore and Dubai. We collaborate with Front and Middle Office teams, Operations, Credit & Trade Finance, Accountants, Treasurers and Financial

What you will do

• Produce financial information related to crude or shipping activities while ensuring an appropriate level of control.
• Improve, develop and upgrade the financial tools used to follow the activity and to provide different analysis.
• Contribute to the management of the end-of-quarter working capital requirement (WCR).
• Create statistics of the Trading or Shipping department (Financial Communication, Long-Term Plan, Budget, etc...)

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

• You have a master’s degree in finance with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a controlling position.
• You have a strong appetite for programming languages and Software and are able to read code, debug code to efficiently partner with our IT development team (Excel, SQL and Python, Power BI...)
• You have strong analytical skills; you are reactive by nature and will always have a rigorous approach.
• You are adaptable to changes and are ready to seize the opportunities for learning
• You have good English and French verbal and writing skills
• You have the ability to take and carry subjects up to problem solving
• You are dynamic and have a good team spirit
