- You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, employees, and partners in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth back-office processes.
- You will independently handle accounting tasks—from accounts receivable and accounts payable to bank entries and assisting with monthly and annual financial statements.
- You will draft, review, and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, and payroll documents, and support the recruiting department.
- You will coordinate schedules and organize team events and client workshops.

- have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, real estate management, or a related field
- have excellent organizational skills and a reliable, structured, and team-oriented work style
- are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as marketing tools
- have prior professional experience in human resources and accounting
- are characterized by a confident demeanor and professional communication skills
- have the ability to work in a structured and reliable manner even under stress and with tight deadlines
- have excellent written and spoken German skills
