The Role
The selected candidate will have full responsibility for launching and developing the German market, with end-to-end ownership of the go-to-market strategy.
In particular, the role will involve:
- Leading all commercial activities: prospecting, pipeline development, client acquisition, and closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Building and nurturing senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across the legal, compliance, and financial sectors.
- Adapting the value proposition to the local market, taking into account customer needs and the German regulatory framework.
- Collaborating with the international team to localize pricing, sales materials, and marketing messaging.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding the first local hires and strategic partners to accelerate growth.
- Representing the company at industry events, panels, and client meetings, positioning it as a reference player in its space.
- Collecting market insights and customer feedback to support product evolution and roadmap development.
This is a builder role , with direct impact on the company’s international scale-up trajectory.
Candidate Profile
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles, ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate autonomously.
- Solid understanding of legal or regulatory environments; a legal background is considered a strong plus.
- Experience in taking a product from "zero to one” in a new market is highly desirable.
- Fluency in German and English, Italian is a plus.
- High adaptability, resilience, and a strong problem-solving orientation.
