The job

As a customer support for this luxury brand you will be in charge of c onsulting and supporting customers via phone, mail, and (video)chat for customers in Denmark. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Be in charge of the Danish online store and ensuring that all texts on the online store are translated correctly from English to Danish
• Localise the Danish online store to cater to the local culture and interests
• Work closely with marketing to identify localised marketing opportunities
• Ensure that the store offers a smooth customer experience (check regularly that the payment options are working, etc.)
• Check up on orders in the e-commerce system and handle returns and complaints
• Process improvements and data maintenance

Your qualifications

You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1).

2-3 years experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce.

• High motivation, especially for sales and willingness to learn continuously.
• Hands-on experience with digital campaigns like Google and Meta Ads is a plus.
  

You have a basic level of handling computers and managing tools.

• Good IT user skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required to effectively communicate to a diverse audience. You are confident, driven and results-oriented.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and great analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue.
