Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Infor LN finance modules (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, cash management).

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to finance processes in LN.

• Configure and maintain finance master data (chart of accounts, vendors, customers, cost centers).

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in coordination with finance teams.

• Assist with ERP upgrades, enhancements, and testing to ensure finance processes continue uninterrupted.

• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and user guides for finance operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements.

• Generate and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Infor LN finance modules .

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cost accounting).

• ERP support or functional analyst experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with system testing, reporting, and training end-users is a plus.
