Hologic, a global leader in diagnostic and medical technology solutions, is looking for a Marketing Manager – Diagnostics (DACH) to drive growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What to Expect
- Lead the diagnostics marketing strategy across the DACH region to drive growth and market share.
- Develop and implement country-specific and account-based marketing plans aligned with our overall diagnostics strategy.
- Drive new product launches and campaigns in cervical and molecular diagnostics, working closely with Sales, Market Access, Medical & Scientific, and Regional Marketing.
- Accelerate digital marketing and customer engagement using tools such as Salesforce and Pardot.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify opportunities and shape strategic decisions.
- Develop educational and promotional materials and support sales teams with training and marketing tools.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure compliant execution of all activities in line with regional regulations.
What We Expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong experience of Germany/Europe-based marketing or combined sales & marketing experience.
- Experience in Diagnostics with strong understanding of clinical microbiology and molecular diagnostics (cervical/women’s health strongly preferred).
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics; experience with Salesforce/Pardot is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- A proactive, solution-oriented self-starter who can work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.
