Who we are looking for
We are looking for an active sales professional who enjoys acquisition and builds new customer relationships on their own initiative. Your focus is clearly on acquiring new customers – not purely on supporting existing customers. If you enjoy opening doors, convincing decision-makers and getting projects off the ground independently, then you've come to the right place.
Your tasks in the new job
- Consistent acquisition of new customers in the sales area
- Establishment and development of customer relationships through proactive communication and negotiation
- Presenting our solutions for air conditioning, heating, winter construction heating and building drying directly to customers
- Independently preparing quotations and conducting contract negotiations
- Actively monitoring the market and competition in order to take advantage of opportunities
- Working closely with the office staff, project managers and branches
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. HVAC, refrigeration/air conditioning, mechatronics, industrial clerk)
- Proven success in actively acquiring new customers and experience in (technical) field servic
- Good technical understanding – preferably in the field of air conditioning/heating technology
- Convincing communication and closing skill
- Initiative, perseverance and desire to actively seize opportunities
- Willingness to travel within the sales area and class B driving licence
- Routine experience with MS Office and CRM systems
