Your seat to fill:

• Own and optimize day-to-day operations of the CYBEX e-commerce shop
• Drive outbound performance together with our 3PL partners, using data and KPIs to continuously improve results
• Create, maintain, and evolve reports and dashboards to ensure strong SLA performance and transparency
• Monitor and manage operational costs, actively contributing to a healthy and sustainable D2C P&L
• Analyze and improve return performance in collaboration with 3PL partners
• Act as a key operational interface for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team
• Support end-to-end supply chain flows to and from retail stores, ensuring smooth and reliable replenishment
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support successful project rollouts
• Continuously improve, standardize, and document processes to support scalable growth

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. apprenticeship as a Business Clerk or in E-Commerce)
• Initial relevant experience in Operations, ideally within an international or fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills combined with a hands-on mindset and a structured, process-oriented way of working
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of process modeling
• Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Core systems is an advantage
• Fluent in English and proficient in German (minimum B2 level)
