As a Product Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in optimizing product development infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision making across product teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will design and implement product usage analytics frameworks using Application Insights and Power BI to create advanced dashboards and automated reporting for product leaders.
• You will configure and maintain our product infrastructure stack including Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Crowdin, Document360, PostHog and Confluence while establishing best practices and governance across our product organization.
• You will draft and maintain help articles for external and internal use, ensuring consistency with style guides and coordinating translations via Crowdin.
• You will analyze and identify process enhancements throughout the product development lifecycle and drive their implementation using AI-assisted workflow automation where applicable.
• Together with product teams and a wide range of stakeholders, you will work on operational efficiency improvements.
• You will support go-to-market process optimization, release coordination, and present findings and recommendations to product leadership.
