• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business  Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, business systems, and operational excellence leadership.
• Proven success leading multi‑disciplinary teams in SaaS or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong experience with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred), data governance, and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, and ISO 9001 quality frameworks.
• Expertise in driving process automation and AI‑based efficiency programs.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution credibility.
