Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion across Amsterdam, Germany, and the broader European market. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing key client relationships, and driving sales performance across multiple European regions.
The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, a deep understanding of European markets, and a proven ability to close high-value deals while developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development and sales strategy to expand market presence across Europe.
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, partners, and strategic accounts in target European markets.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities within Europe.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, forecasts, and performance reports.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across Europe.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Account Management.
Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in European markets.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, enterprise clients, and cross-border business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid European environment.
