Thesis - AI Based Reporting and Documentation Support

Your journey will take you into the fascinating world of our department, where you will work with database management, server side applications and connected cloud technologies.
Your mission: take responsibility for the concept development, coordination and implementation of an independent functionality within our cloud platform.

Your Tasks:

• You will design, plan, develop and implement a new AI based reporting feature based on an AWS infrastructure
• You will use Speech to Text and AI based methods to support target group specific reporting and documentation
• You will develop a solution that enables individually generated reports to be provided
• You will integrate the new functionality into an existing CI/CD pipeline to automate test and release processes
• You will develop test strategies, actively support testing and derive optimization measures to ensure excellent solution quality

Necessary Skills:

• You are currently studying computer science, engineering or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on backend development, AI development or software engineering
• You have solid programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python or Java and enjoy continuously expanding your knowledge
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Docker or have already had first points of contact with these technologies, and would like to further deepen this knowledge as part of your thesis
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing

Desired Skills:

• Ideally, you have initial knowledge of deep learning methods, particularly in the field of Natural Language Processing
• You think analytically and approach technical challenges in a structured and solution oriented way
• You work independently, contribute well to the team and stand out through strong communication skills and creativity

Remuneration is based on our collective bargaining agreement. The current monthly salary for this position is EUR 1.012.
