• You lead short- and long-term financial planning to achieve strategic and financial objectives
• You oversee financial statements and ensure accurate, high-quality financial reporting
• You maintain effective internal controls, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
• You manage cash flow and liquidity planning to optimize the company’s cash position
• You oversee tax matters for the Spanish entity and ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements
• You ensure efficient, reliable and high-quality Finance and Accounting processes
• You drive process simplification, standardization and the continuous development of the Finance organization
• You collaborate closely with Group Finance and other central functions
• You act as a trusted business partner to the local General Manager and commercial teams

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• You bring at least 7 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
• You have experience in retail or FMCG, which is an advantage
• You have strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting and local statutory requirements
• You have experience with ERP systems; SAP FI/CO knowledge is a plus
• You understand Finance processes and can connect operational and strategic topics
• You work proactively, independently and in a structured manner, taking full ownership of your responsibilities
• You communicate confidently in English, Spanish & German, both verbally and in writing
• You are self-motivated, eager to learn, solution-oriented and results-driven
• You enjoy collaborating with local stakeholders in Spain and central Finance teams
