By j oining our Customer Value Proposition team as a Marketing Proposition Intern, you will support the annual core and non core product roadmap execution to drive customer engagement, product visibility, and business growth. Leveraging market insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure the success of product propositions, go-to-market initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Proposition Communication: Ensure each product USPs is well reflected in each communication platform and sales channel, review customer journeys and support on content creation and curation. Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns tied to GTM plans, refining messaging to boost engagement and conversions
• Go-to-Market Support: Keep track of all GTM activities for product launches and promotional campaigns and support each sales channel specific needs
• Market Analysis & Customer feedback: Turn market research insights, customer feedback and frontline inputs into actionable recommendations
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales channels to meet their needs and ensure alignment with GTM initiatives, from training briefings to sales incentives proposals and performance monitoring

YOUR SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters is a plus
• Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross- functional teams and drive alignment on strategic goals
• Proactive attitude and a combination of analytical acumen with creative and problem-solving mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, impactful messaging
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
