Are you dedicated to elevating service standards and driving continuous improvement? As Senior Service Excellence Manager, you will establish structured governance, embed best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the organization. This role is pivotal in fostering operational excellence and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Establish and oversee governance structures (committees, working groups, escalation frameworks)
  • Plan, lead, and follow up on governance meetings including SLA/OLA/KPI reviews
  • Assess and enhance service and process maturity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, define service ownership, and track dependencies
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment through clear communication and consistent follow-up

YOUR SKILLS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in service delivery, governance, or IT operations
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service governance frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement models, understanding how to implement improvements without disrupting operations
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English (other Swiss national languages a plus)
