As a Service Manager you hold overall responsibility for the daily delivery of services in line with the agreed contractual terms and service levels. In this role, you act as the single point of contact (SPOC), representing Sunrise’s delivery units to the customer. You ensure the highest standards of customer service while fostering strong, long-term customer relationships.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Strengthen enterprise account relationships by managing daily operations effectively
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement
  • Improve service reliability by owning and resolving customer issues end-to-end
  • Ensure consistent service quality by defining and maintaining ITIL-based standards
  • Provide transparency and accountability with accurate documentation and SLA reporting
  • Drive performance excellence by optimizing resources and achieving service targets
  • Guarantee SLA compliance and customer success through cross-team collaboration

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in B2B large account settings
  • Strong Telecom or IT industry knowledge
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent client-facing skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with a "get it done” attitude
  • Ability to tailor communication from technicians to C-Level
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Excellent multitasking, networking, and communication skills (German & English; other Swiss languages a plus)
