As our Tools & Process Manager in the B2B Digital & Platforms team, you’ll own key applications, ensuring they evolve, stay rock-solid, and perform securely — all while delivering real business impact. YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Product owner to develop & enhance the business application(s) that serve B2B & Wholesale customer roadmap developments & business needs
- Ensure availability, stability, and security of application(s)
- Coordinate incidents, changes, and releases to enable smooth and reliable delivery of business requirements
- Capture, align, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Steer and quality-assure delivery across external development partners and internal stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve application documentation
YOUR SKILLS:
- Strong experience in technology-driven change roles within complex, multi-system B2B / Wholesale environments, with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (e.g. Sales, Service, Operations, Delivery)
- Solid technical foundation, including basic programming knowledge (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, Python) and strong understanding of APIs, enterprise architecture, DevOps, and Git
- Experience working with B2B data, connectivity, mobile and ICT products, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable application solutions
- Strong understanding of modern digital platforms, integration patterns, and data flows in a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with process analytics, workflow optimization, and embedding automation into business processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complexity, create alignment, and effectively manage priorities across teams and partners
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) – mandatory
