• Experience recruiting up close : Join us in exciting recruitment processes and contribute your ideas.
• Hands-on in daily HR tasks : Take on important tasks such as creating contract documents, certificates, and organizing training sessions.
• Support in HR & recruiting software administration : Help us keep our HR systems up-to-date and processes well-organized. Don’t worry: prior knowledge of HR systems is not required. We’ll train you!
• Career fair action : Assist us in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of career fairs.
• Shaping benefits : Help organize, maintain, and develop our offerings for colleagues.
• Support for young professionals : Accompany our young talents and learn how we support them.
• Focus on health : Get to know our corporate health management and gain insights into reintegration after longer absences.
• Special projects : In addition to classic HR tasks, you can also engage in exciting, non-routine special topics. Creativity and flexibility are required here!

• You are enrolled in a degree program such as business administration, psychology, or a similar field.
• You excel in communication: You enjoy interacting with people.
• Organizational talent: You describe your working style as independent, reliable, and very well-structured.
• Digitally fit: You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) or confident in quickly learning to use it effectively.
• Discretion & trustworthiness: You handle sensitive data responsibly.
• Strong language skills: Excellent German and good English complete your profile.
