Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor individual training programs, initiatives and events as project manager officer throughout program or project lifecycle

• Manage and steer training providers, trainers, SME as (temporary) program team members as well as external partner to design, develop, execute and curate individual programs based on continuous target group(s) needs’ analysis and Sartorius strategic goals

• Generate and monitor project plans, analysis existing processes and program performances, identifies and initiates optimization opportunities, ensures PI’s are met and reports regularly to leadership team

• Interface with internal stakeholders from Sales and Marketing organizations, HR as well as external partners to ensure education programs improve performances of individuals and teams

• Manage program related communications & branding

• Academic degree in Life Science, Biotech or relevant field preferred

• Several years experience in project management

• Several years experience in adult learning principles, conceptional design, digital learning, program management

• Understanding of customer application processes and workflow or customer facing role a plus

• Global mindset, collaborative, agile, can-do mentality

• Excellent communicator and networker in cross cultural groups and dynamic markets

• Proficient in English
