Responsibilities
W ork closely with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute plans that optimize inventory levels , improve service delivery , and enhance overall supply chain efficiency
Lead the Sales & Operations ( S&OP) process , including monthly meetings and cross-functional collaboration
Coordinate with sales , marketing , production , and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Analyze market trends , customer demand , and inventory levels to make informed decisions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance S&OP effectiveness
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on S&OP performance
Benchmarking the process amongst industry peers
Manage risks and opportunities related to supply chain and demand planning .
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Reporting on S&OP performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement to senior management
A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Proven experience in S&OP, supply chain management , or related roles .
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Experience with ERP systems and S&OP software is a plus
Your knowledge of German and English is fluent , other language skills are an advantage
