Responsibilities

• D rive the talent management agenda , continuously optimizing performance development and talent discussions as key business processes

• I nitiate , lead and drive people and organization development initiatives in partnership with divisional and regional HR teams

• D esign and implement comprehensive global frameworks to further develop people and organizational development offerings

• D evelop and support global succession strategy

• T ake the functional lead role in driving people and organization development projects , including robust tracking and metrics

• A nalyze talent data and provide insightful reports on key employee information , utilizing innovative approaches to leverage data-driven insights for informed business decision-making

• S uccessfully completed master's degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration or a comparable field

• P roven relevant professional experience in the field of talent management in a global organization

• You are experienced in implementing and executing concepts and initiatives globally

• H igh affinity for data

• C ustomer orientation, very good communication skills across different hierarchical levels and experience in project management round off your profile

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite, German and other languages are desirable

• M otivation to work in a fast-growing company
